2018 is UDomain’s 20^th anniversary which is especially meaningful to us!

During the past 20 years, we have been doing our best to progress and excel. We started from a small scale IT company providing domain and hosting services and now, we are a well-structured Managed Security Service Partner and Cloud Solution Expert. Thanks to our clients and great team for supporting us all these years.

UDomain has received quite many prestigious accolades in 2018, mainly accrediting our efforts in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure,Customer Services and Social Responsibility.

Cybersecurity

Cyber Security Professionals Awards are co-organized by the Hong Kong Police Force, the Government Computer Emergency Response Team Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre.  Mr. Eric Fan – UDomain’s Head of Technical Development, received Silver Award in “Cyber Security Professionals Awards”– Online Services Providers (Management) Sector.

Furthermore, we went to the US to establish our first server farm, in order to help client grow their overseas market and mitigate DDoS attacks better.

In 2018, we joined the Cloud Expo Asia and Information Security Summit, held a Cyber Security Conference with Fortinet and the preview screening of “Napping Kid”.

When Cryptocurrencies became the hottest topic in investment, Cryptojacking came along. UDomain and Fortinet, the renowned network security appliances provider, jointly held the“Corporate Cyber Security Conference 2018”. By look inside “Cryptojacking” through real cases sharing, latest security appliances and managed security services planning, we all could get prepared for this new threat.

 

Cloud Expo Asia

After the great success last year, UDomain participates this signature event of the year with the theme “Smart Connect to China”; introducing China & global network acceleration solution, high-quality China backbone network CN2 and other one-stop cloud services solution.

 

Information Security Summit

UDomain joined the Information Security Summit 2018, held by Hong Kong Productivity Council. Our Cyber Security Analyst, Chris Chan, gave a presentation of a cryptojacking case study and the latest trend in cybersecurity in a sharing during the event.

 

“Napping Kid” Private Screening

In order to express our sincere gratitude to clients and friends for the continuous support, we held the “UDomain X Napping Kid Special Preview Screening” special preview screening and invited our clients, partners and friends to enjoy the local Hong Kong movie “Napping Kid” that we invested in. It’s our pleasure to share the happy moment with all of you.

 

UPartner Gathering

In the past 20 years, UDomain establishes a rapport with our UPartner. The UPartner gathering held at December was a good chance for us to put heads together and share the latest news with each other.
