To provide the best service to our valuable customers, we continuously improve our equipment and service standards. Recently, we have updated our service uptime guarantee from 99.8% to 99.9% in our Service Level Agreement.

To provide the best service to our valuable customers, we continuously improve our equipment and service standards. Recently, we have updated our Service Level Agreement on two ways:
- We have updated our service uptime guarantee from 99.8% to 99.9% in our Service Level Agreement. This means the maximum server or network downtime cannot be more than 526 minutes per year; otherwise compensation will be offered.
- Updated Service Level Agreement is now applicable for one more hosting package - Professional Package. This allows more customers to be benefited from the Service Level Agreement.
After the network upgrade on 10th Sep, both connectivity and speed of servers and network has been improved. We are sure you can feel the improvement when using our service.
