With the support of the Business Environmental Council (BEC) and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), the scheme aims at encouraging and praising local SMEs whose business operation has shown social responsibility, making outstanding contribution to the environment and community for long-term success in Hong Kong.
