UDomain sponsored international domain meeting – APTLD Hong Kong
We have taken the opportunity to learn more about different ccTLD developments in .CN, .JP, .AU, .TW, .SG, .AE, .SE, .NU, .PH, .TV, .ASIA and of course .HK. We shall put forward in expanding the choice of domain variety.
AsiaPacific Top Level Domain Association (APTLD) - Hong Kong Meeting has been hosted by Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) on 17 - 18 Feb, 2011. UDomain is honorable to be the sponsoring host to the event.
The meeting drew the board members from all Asia Pacific regions to Hong Kong where a 2-day meeting forum was held to share information and develop their skills in ccTLD management and promotion. Members also delivered presentations to provide enabling resources and to engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all members can operate the best ccTLD operation possible.
UDomain has taken the opportunity to learn more about different ccTLD developments and technical advancement, for example, in .CN, .JP, .AU, .TW, .SG, .AE, .SE, .NU, .PH, .TV, .ASIA and of course .HK. We shall put forward our strengths and resources in expanding our domain network which bring along the all-in-one registration service to our customers.
About APTLD
APTLD (Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association) is an organisation for ccTLD (country-code Top Level Domain) registries in Asia Pacific region. APTLD was originally established in 1998, and in 2003 legally established in Malaysia.
APTLD works as the forum of information exchange regarding technological and operational issues of domain name registries in Asia Pacific region. Also, as an interface to other international Internet coordinating bodies, APTLD fosters and elevates participation of AP ccTLDs in the global forum, as well as acting in the best interest of APTLD members in global Internet policy making process.
